- Clearly defining the impact on Knowledge, Skill and Attitude
- Mapping against enabling objectives
- Follow the instructional design template methodology
- Maintain the consistency of the instructional design style guide
- Incorporate Gagne's principles of adult learning
- Ensure overall language aligns with Bloom's Taxonomy
Content creation
- Create a standardised template for PowerPoint Presentations, Facilitator Guides, Participant's Guide
- Create Program Presentation, Facilitator Guide and Participant's Guide using standardised templates
- Ensure brand compliance for all presentation and printing material
- Ensure all content is reviewed and scanned for plagiarism and IP protection
- Ensure all content is version controlled with ownership levels clearly defined
- Design marketing mailers for promoting the program
